Secondly, the South Metro Denver region is home to school districts that pride themselves on excellence.  A few prime examples are Littleton School District, the Douglas County School District which boasts the highest CSAP test scores in the metro area on 20 out of 26 tests, and Cherry Creek School District which has a graduation rate of 92% with more than 80% of its graduates continuing on to higher education.  Quality education is critical to drawing key industries into the corridor and in creating the workforce of the future.
