Transportation is one of three crucial programmatic focuses of the Southeast Business Partnership (SEBP). SEBP recognizes that a 21st century transportation infrastructure system is critical to economic development. SEBP’s transportation plan is implemented through the South I-25 Urban Corridor Transportation Management Association (TMA).
The TMA's mission is to improve mobility and maximize interchange capacity and transit ridership to foster growth of employment and the tax base within the Denver Regional Southeast Corridor. The TMA is a coalition of local governments; Arapahoe County, Douglas County, City of Greenwood Village, City of Centennial, City and County of Denver, City of Lone Tree; the Centennial Airport, the Southeast Public Improvement Metropolitan District (SPIMD) and the business community represented by SEBP who joined together to help solve the corridor's congestion problems and to promote economic development in the area.
The TMA also partners with the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), the Regional Transportation District (RTD) and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to provide both transportation infrastructure development and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) services. These services include the RTD FlexPass program, employee transit fairs and consultations and TDM programs such as iCarpool and the Pledge Against Pollution.
Over the past six years, the TMA has been a leader in achieving significant progress on regional transportation projects including:
1. Construction of T-REX (11 miles of light rail and highway expansion in the Southeast Corridor)
2. Completion of the RidgeGate / Parker Mainstreet roadway
3. Arapahoe and I-25 EA Study
4. Chester Street improvements
5. County Line Road long term study (2011 - 2012)
6. Belleview Avenue long term study (2011 – 2012)
7. Union Street Bridge improvements (2011 - 2012)

Without the immense support that myself and my client received from SEBP (especially Lynn Myers), the project would not have been completed on time and under budget.
SEBP made the selection of Denver for Trulia’s first site outside of their corporate headquarters as simple as 1-2-3. One, we were handled with such care and provided much needed assistance. Two, the response time on any issues (large or small) were handled by SEBP faster than any other market could. Three, the assistance of SEBP proved that we made the RIGHT choice in selecting Denver.
